The Young And The Restless (Y&R) scoop for the week of June 29 reveals Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) will pull a fast one on Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope).
Also coming up, Nikki Newman’s (Melody Thomas Scott) family will wait for her to awaken after her surgery. Plus, Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) will plan her escape. And Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) will set a snare for Patty Williams (Stacy Haiduk).
Y&R spoilers tease Jack will begin playing a dangerous game with Patty, who he doesn’t know is onto him. At the same time, Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) will try to rescue his mother. But his effort will take an unexpected turn.
Y&R Weekly Scoop – Diane Continues Sucking Up To Dr. Markham
Meanwhile, Diane will continue sucking up to Dr. Laurence Markham (Jere Burns). She’ll even ask if it’s common for patients to develop an attachment to their therapists. All the while, she’ll keep trying out passwords on the phone she found. Of course, she could have just dialed 911, but apparently the soon-to-be ex-head writer doesn’t know this.
At the hospital, Nikki’s surgery will be over and the surgeon will tell the Newmans she removed the entire mass. She’ll add that she’s optimistic. Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will be by Nikki’s side, but once she awakens, will her sight return?
Other Y&R spoilers tease Dr. Stephanie Simmons (Vivica A. Fox) and Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) will talk about his surgical past. Plus, Jill Abbott (temporary recast Lauren Koslow) will insist that Billy and Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) deal with their issues.

Finally, ever since Sally told Billy she was pregnant, he’s been acting like a doting fiancé and expectant father. But did he really mean it? Or was it all for show? Y&R spoilers indicate he’s going to sabotage Sally’s new endeavor.
With Jill in town and Billy’s jealousy towards Cane being named CEO of Chancellor, will it have something to do with this? And could it cause a rift in his relationship with Sally? Stay tuned!
